Fanovo Industries is a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of valves, fittings, A/C parts and casting custom parts. We have over 20 yearsexperience to provide domestic sellers and OEM&ODM for Europe and America market.
Fanovo built our own multi brands over the world, Our mission is “Committed To The Global Good” and vision “The Global Leader in Flow Control Solutions”. Until Now our operation more comprehensive and competitive. We have excelled in the development of new products and innovative manufacturing processes.
Offering the widest selection of products and the most powerful production capability is only the first step of our commitment to our customers. We provide our team with very extensive training in our Training and Education Center to study how better meet our customer’s need. Our focus on superior customer service is strengthened by an integrated customer service system that allows the same service representative to support each of our customers from order entry to order fulfillment.
In order to continuously offer finest quality products to our superior customers, most of them are designed to meet ISO, JIC, IAPMO, DIN and CE requirements. We are producing the “lead-free” NSF brass plumbing products, compliant with California AB 1953 and Vermont’s S-152 requirements. We have established a well-earned reputation that lives on today, for producing the superior quality products in the industry.

Shipping
Answer: Yes you can. However, 3rd party shipping requires the billing address of the UPS Account number associated with it.
Returns
Answer: Fanovo Industries has established the following policy and procedures in order to expedite the entire return process for you. Don’t want it? Don’t worry – returns and exchanges are easy and are returnable up to one year from purchase date. Simply follow the Returns Claim Process below. Please note, all credits will be issued only after authorization and/or inspection by Fanovo Valve.
Answer: Need to make a return? Please follow the steps below:
STEP 1 Contact our Customer Service department at info@fanovogroup.com
STEP 2 If instructed by Customer Service, complete RGA form or Fanovo Defective Questionnaire
STEP 3 Return product (s) in its original packaging at own expense unless factory defect or Fanovo Valve error.
Once approved, credits will be issued within 7 days of the product(s) being returned. If you have not received your credit, please contact a customer service representative.
Answer: There is a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returned items unless factory defect/Fanovo Valve error. Returns of Add-A-Valves® and special assembled products will have a minimum 25% restocking fee
Answer: Products with private labeling will not be returnable unless defective.
Products that have been oxygen cleaned will not be returnable unless defective.
Products must be reviewed within 30 days of purchase for errors. After 30 days private labels and custom products cannot be returned.
Answer: Products that have been discontinued or assembled will not be returnable unless defective or Fanovo Valve error.
