Why Fanovo for Your Automotive Program?
Partnering with Fanovo means securing a factory supplier that is built for the unique challenges of the automotive supply chain.
IATF 16949 Certified Quality: Our quality management system is certified to the highest global automotive standard. We provide complete Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation, including FMEAs, Control Plans, and Capability Studies, ensuring your parts meet all specifications before mass production begins.
Integrated Manufacturing Processes: We are not just a machine shop or a foundry. Fanovo is a single-source solution, offering in-house forging, casting, CNC machining, and stamping under one roof. This integration reduces supply chain complexity, improves quality control, and provides a direct-from-factory cost advantage.
Engineering for Optimization (DFM): Our automotive engineering team collaborates with you during the design phase. We use Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to optimize your part for durability, weight reduction, and cost-efficient production without compromising performance.
From Prototype to Mass Production: We manage the entire component lifecycle. We support you through rapid prototyping for fitment and testing, complete the rigorous PPAP process for validation, and seamlessly transition to high-volume manufacturing to meet your production forecasts.
Traceability & Material Integrity: Every part and material lot that moves through our factory is meticulously tracked and documented. We use certified raw materials from approved mills and verify their composition and properties, guaranteeing the integrity of every component we ship.

We offer a wide series of automotive metal components, including stainless steel V-band exhaust clamps, quick release hood pins, exhaust flanges, pipe fittings and other custom metal hardware for vehicle modification, aftermarket replacement and OEM assembly. Our metal auto parts are widely used on passenger cars, racing vehicles, trucks and commercial vehicles. We also support custom dimensions, surface treatments and material options to match different project requirements.
Main materials include stainless steel 304 / 316, carbon steel and alloy steel. Stainless steel options feature excellent rust resistance, ideal for exhaust systems and outdoor exposed vehicle parts. Carbon steel delivers high strength with cost advantages and can be finished with powder coating, galvanization or polishing. We can select proper raw materials according to your working temperature, anti-corrosion demands and budget.
Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM service. You can send us technical drawings, CAD files or physical samples. Our engineering team will evaluate manufacturability, confirm dimensions, tolerances and surface treatment. We are able to handle custom machining, stamping, welding and bending for special auto metal hardware. Small trial orders are acceptable before mass production.
Our stainless steel V-band clamps follow universal industry standard sizes and fit most aftermarket exhaust pipes. We provide multiple diameter options to match different exhaust tubing. If you have special pipe outer diameter requirements, we can manufacture customized clamp sizes. Each set normally includes the V clamp and matching flanges to ensure tight sealing and prevent exhaust leakage.
Available treatments include mirror polishing, brushing, galvanizing, black powder coating, chrome plating and anti-rust oil treatment. Polished stainless steel has a neat appearance for car modification. Powder coating improves wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance. We will recommend the most suitable surface finish based on your usage environment, aesthetic requirements and cost target.
For standard in-stock metal auto parts, delivery can be arranged within 3–7 working days. For customized production orders, the lead time is generally 15–30 working days, depending on order quantity and processing complexity. We will confirm the exact schedule at the time of order confirmation and update production progress regularly.
Strict quality inspection runs through the whole production process. We check dimension accuracy, welding quality, surface condition, tensile strength and sealing performance for key products such as exhaust V-band clamps. Random sampling inspection will be carried out before packing. All products are well packed to avoid deformation and scratches during long-distance sea or air transportation.
Yes, mixed orders are supported. You can combine standard V-band clamps, hood quick release pins and other metal auto accessories in one shipment. Mixed orders help distributors enrich product ranges and reduce separate shipping costs. Please send us your item list so we can calculate the total weight and freight cost for you.
We support multiple payment methods including T/T wire transfer, L/C. For long-term cooperative clients, we can negotiate flexible payment terms. Normally we request a deposit for custom production orders, and the balance to be paid before shipment. We will issue formal proforma invoice with clear product specifications, pricing and shipping terms.
Our metal auto parts are popular for auto modification shops, racing cars, passenger vehicles, pickup trucks, light commercial vehicles and aftermarket auto parts distributors. Our exhaust clamps serve engine and exhaust system refitting, while quick-release hood pins are widely used on race cars and modified vehicles. We work with wholesalers, importers and modification brands worldwide.
