Fanovo is a premier manufacturer and direct factory supplier of professional HVAC/R manifold gauge sets. Engineered for the service technician, our manifolds provide the precision, durability, and reliability required for accurate system diagnosis, evacuation, and charging of residential, commercial, and automotive air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
As an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing partner, we are the trusted factory behind leading tool brands and the preferred bulk supplier for HVAC/R wholesale distributors. Sourcing directly from Fanovo provides a significant competitive edge through superior engineering, wholesale economics, and complete OEM customization.
Why Source Manifold Gauge Sets from Fanovo?
Professional-Grade Accuracy & Reliability: Accurate diagnostics are non-negotiable. Our manifolds feature Class 1.6 accuracy gauges with anti-flutter dampening for stable readings. Clear, bold scales for multiple refrigerants ensure technicians can make correct, confident service decisions, reducing callbacks and improving job efficiency.
Heavy-Duty, Field-Proven Construction: Our manifolds are built to withstand the demands of daily field use. The core is a solid, forged aluminum alloy block for maximum durability. We protect the high-precision gauges with rugged, high-visibility boots and use shatter-resistant polycarbonate lenses, ensuring a long service life for the tool.
Factory-Direct Wholesale Advantage: Enhance your profitability by partnering with the direct manufacturer. We eliminate layers of cost from the supply chain, offering premium, professional-grade manifold sets at a true factory price. This enables you to compete more effectively and improve margins on your entire tool line.
Your OEM & Private Label Factory: Launch or expand your own branded tool line with a trusted partner. We offer comprehensive OEM services, including custom-printed gauge faces with your logo, unique manifold body and knob colors, and complete, retail-ready packaged kits that include hoses and couplers.

Our single manifold gauge features one pressure gauge with independent control valve, compact and lightweight. It is widely used for simple pressure testing, vacuum monitoring and occasional refrigerant charging work, ideal for service technicians who need portable backup tools. The dual manifold gauge set includes both high-pressure and low-pressure gauges with 3 color-coded hoses. It can monitor high and low side pressures of HVAC systems simultaneously, supporting complete operations including pressure diagnosis, evacuation, refrigerant charging and recovery. Dual sets are the mainstream choice for professional daily air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance.
Our manifold gauges support multiple common refrigerants including R410A, R32, R22, R134a, R404A and R407C. The gauge dial is printed with corresponding temperature-pressure scales for quick reference. Please note that models for R410A are built with higher pressure resistance. We recommend avoiding cross-contamination of different refrigerants; if you service multiple types of systems, flush the hoses thoroughly or prepare separate tools for different refrigerants.
Fanovo manifold blocks adopt high-strength forged aluminum alloy. The valve core is precisely machined with tight sealing structure, equipped with durable rubber O-rings to prevent refrigerant leakage. All finished products undergo strict air pressure leak testing before shipment. The pressure gauges use shatter-resistant polycarbonate lens, and optional protective rubber boots are available to resist impact during field work.
Our standard manifold pressure gauges reach Class 1.6 accuracy, meeting professional HVAC service requirements. Internal anti-flutter damping design stabilizes needle swing, delivering steady and readable pressure readings. For long-term stable performance, we suggest regular calibration, especially if the gauge suffers heavy impact or long-time outdoor exposure.
No. R410A runs at significantly higher working pressure than traditional refrigerants like R22. Only manifold sets specially rated for R410A can be safely used. Fanovo R410A series manifold gauges and matching hoses are designed to withstand higher maximum working pressure, effectively avoiding risks such as hose burst and gauge damage caused by overpressure.
Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM support. We can customize printed gauge faces with your brand logo, change manifold body and knob colors, configure different lengths of charging hoses, and assemble complete retail kits with storage cases. We support small-batch customization and mass bulk orders for global wholesalers, importers and tool brands. Contact our sales team to discuss your customized requirements.
Standard port thread is 1/4″ SAE flare, the universal standard for HVAC refrigerant tools, compatible with most charging hoses, vacuum pumps, adapters and air conditioning service ports worldwide. We can also supply adapters or adjust fittings according to special regional market demands upon request.
After each use, recover residual refrigerant inside hoses, close all valve knobs, wipe oil and dirt off the manifold and hoses. Avoid dropping the gauge or exposing it to strong corrosive chemicals. Regularly inspect O-rings; replace them once cracks appear. Store the whole set in dry environment. Do not overtighten valve knobs, which will accelerate seal wear and cause leakage.
We supply multiple configurations. Single manifold gauge is normally sold as gauge only; dual manifold gauge set has optional packages: manifold only, or complete kit with 3pcs color coded charging hoses (red/blue/yellow). You can select the configuration you need on each product page. We also offer separate hoses for replacement orders.
For standard models in stock, lead time is around 7–15 working days. For OEM customized orders including logo printing, color modification or special packing, production time is 25–35 working days based on order quantity. We support flexible shipping options including sea freight, air freight and express delivery. Our sales team can calculate accurate cost and schedule once you confirm order quantity and requirements.
