Why Source Gas Valves Directly from the Fanovo Factory?
• Uncompromising Safety & Certification: Safety is non-negotiable. Our gas valves are rigorously tested and certified by major international bodies, including CSA (Canadian Standards Association), UL (Underwriters Laboratories), and CE, ensuring they meet or exceed the strictest industry standards for use with combustible gases.
• Factory-Direct Wholesale Pricing: By sourcing directly from our factory, you eliminate distributor markups, gaining a significant cost advantage for your business. We provide top-tier, certified products at a price point that improves your profitability.
• Built for Long-Term Reliability: Manufactured from high-grade, heavy-pattern forged brass, our gas valves are designed to resist corrosion and provide a leak-free service life. Each valve is 100% factory leak-tested to guarantee a secure, bubble-tight seal.
• Your Expert OEM & Customization Partner: We are an agile OEM supplier. Our engineering team can develop custom gas valve solutions tailored to your equipment’s specific requirements, including unique connection types, flow rates, handle designs, and private label branding.

Every valve is pre-fitted with heat-resistant, gas-proof Viton fluororubber gaskets. For FNPT threaded valves, PTFE tape is suggested for auxiliary sealing. Flare copper tube valves form seals directly through flared tubing without extra washers. Simple installation guides are included with each shipment.
The integrated forged brass body has no split joints, greatly lowering the risk of gas leakage. It features a compact structure, strong resistance to high temperature and vibration, and stable long-term sealing. Distinct red and yellow dedicated gas handles are equipped for easy pipeline identification.
Our full line of brass gas valves complies with North American gas pipeline specifications. We support OEM & ODM customization and can produce products compatible with CSA, UL and other global gas safety certifications for markets across North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
We offer a 1-year warranty under standard gas operating conditions. For leakage or seal failure caused by non-human damage (excluding impact, frost crack), we provide replacement gaskets or whole valves. Every gas valve passes 100% air tightness pressure testing before delivery to eliminate factory leakage defects.
The operating temperature range is -20℃ to 80℃, suitable for both indoor and outdoor gas piping. If installed outdoors long-term, an insulation sleeve is recommended to avoid low temperatures reducing the elasticity of sealing gaskets.
