Mixing Valves

As a specialized mixing valve manufacturer, Fanovo is the direct factory source for precision-engineered thermostatic solutions that ensure safety, comfort, and compliance. We produce high-performance thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and tempering valves for OEMs, wholesale distributors, and commercial plumbing professionals who demand superior reliability and precise temperature control. Our factory is dedicated to manufacturing anti-scald mixing valves that meet the most rigorous international safety standards. By partnering with Fanovo, you gain a supply chain advantage built on certified quality, advanced thermostatic technology, and competitive factory-direct pricing.

Why Source Mixing Valves Directly from the Fanovo Factory?

• Critical Anti-Scald Safety & Compliance: Our primary focus is safety. Our mixing valves are designed, tested, and certified to meet key industry standards like ASSE 1017, ASSE 1070, and cUPC. They feature rapid thermal shutdown capabilities to instantly stop hot water flow in the event of a cold water supply failure, preventing dangerous scalding injuries.

• Factory-Direct Wholesale Pricing: Increase your margins by sourcing directly from the manufacturer. We eliminate layers of distribution, offering premium, certified mixing valves at a price point that boosts your profitability.

• Precision Performance & Durability: Engineered with advanced thermostatic elements, our valves provide rapid and accurate response to changes in water pressure and temperature, maintaining a consistent output. Constructed from heavy-duty, lead-free forged brass, they are built for long-term, maintenance-free service.

• Your Expert OEM & Customization Partner: We excel as an OEM supplier. Our team can engineer mixing valves tailored to your specific application, including custom temperature ranges, flow rates, connection types, and private label branding for seamless integration into your products and systems.

Our commitment to quality, safety, and precision is backed by globally recognized certifications. Every Mixing Valves we manufacture undergoes rigorous quality management and complies with strict international standards for drinking water safety, pressure safety, and environmental protection.
What is a thermostatic mixing valve used for?

A thermostatic mixing valve blends hot and cold incoming water automatically to deliver a stable, safe preset outlet temperature. It is widely used in domestic hot water systems, heating circuits, solar water heaters, underfloor heating and commercial plumbing projects. It prevents scalding risks caused by sudden water temperature fluctuations and protects piping and heating equipment from overheated water.

What material are your mixing valves made of?

Our mixing valve main body adopts high-quality forged brass, featuring strong corrosion resistance, good pressure resistance and long service life. Internal temperature sensing elements are imported high-sensitivity thermostatic cartridges with stable response. All sealing components are high-temperature resistant rubber, suitable for long-term cycling operation in hot and cold water environments. No cast porous brass is used to avoid water leakage risks.

What working pressure and temperature can these brass mixing valves withstand?

The standard working pressure range is 0.02–1.0 MPa. The inlet hot water temperature can reach up to 95°C, cold water range is 5–30°C. The adjustable mixed outlet temperature covers 30°C–60°C. They can operate steadily under common PN10 / PN16 water system standards, matching most residential and commercial plumbing systems.

What thread connection types do you offer?

We supply male thread connections as standard. Custom options include BSP and NPT thread specifications to meet different regional market requirements. Multiple size options are available such as 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″. We can adjust thread sizes and structure according to OEM demands for bulk orders.

Can your thermostatic mixing valves be installed vertically and horizontally?

Yes, this series supports both horizontal and vertical installation. Please follow the flow direction marking on the valve body during installation. Correctly connect hot water inlet, cold water inlet and mixed water outlet. Improper connection will lead to failure of constant temperature regulation. We recommend installing filters on inlet pipelines to avoid impurities blocking the internal cartridge.

Do you support OEM & customized service for mixing valves?

Absolutely. We support OEM service including custom logo engraving on valve bodies, customized packaging, adjusted temperature ranges and special thread standards. For large bulk orders, we can adjust external structure and knob styles. Our engineering team can provide drawing support for your custom development projects.

What markets are your thermostatic mixing valves suitable for?

Our mixing valves are exported to Europe, Southeast Asia, South America and other global markets, widely applied in residential housing projects, hotels, schools, swimming pools, solar water heating systems and underfloor heating systems. The design meets mainstream plumbing requirements for commercial and civil HVAC installations.

How to troubleshoot unstable outlet water temperature?

Fluctuating temperature usually comes from several reasons: unstable inlet water pressure, blocked internal cartridge by dirt, wrong hot/cold port connection, or exceeding the minimum working pressure. We suggest installing pressure stabilizers if water pressure varies sharply, adding inlet filters, and regularly flushing the valve to maintain good working performance.

What is the lead time for bulk orders?

For standard model orders within normal quantities, the lead time is 15–25 working days after receiving your deposit. For customized OEM orders, lead time will be confirmed based on engraving, packaging and modification requirements. We maintain sufficient raw material stock for hot-selling models to shorten delivery cycle.

What quality tests do your mixing valves pass before shipment?

Every valve undergoes strict testing including air tightness test, water pressure leakage test and thermostatic performance testing. We carry out random sampling inspection for each batch to guarantee consistent temperature control performance. All products are inspected before packing to reduce after-sales leakage and functional failure issues.
