A thermostatic mixing valve blends hot and cold incoming water automatically to deliver a stable, safe preset outlet temperature. It is widely used in domestic hot water systems, heating circuits, solar water heaters, underfloor heating and commercial plumbing projects. It prevents scalding risks caused by sudden water temperature fluctuations and protects piping and heating equipment from overheated water.
Our mixing valve main body adopts high-quality forged brass, featuring strong corrosion resistance, good pressure resistance and long service life. Internal temperature sensing elements are imported high-sensitivity thermostatic cartridges with stable response. All sealing components are high-temperature resistant rubber, suitable for long-term cycling operation in hot and cold water environments. No cast porous brass is used to avoid water leakage risks.
The standard working pressure range is 0.02–1.0 MPa. The inlet hot water temperature can reach up to 95°C, cold water range is 5–30°C. The adjustable mixed outlet temperature covers 30°C–60°C. They can operate steadily under common PN10 / PN16 water system standards, matching most residential and commercial plumbing systems.

Yes, this series supports both horizontal and vertical installation. Please follow the flow direction marking on the valve body during installation. Correctly connect hot water inlet, cold water inlet and mixed water outlet. Improper connection will lead to failure of constant temperature regulation. Fluctuating temperature usually comes from several reasons: unstable inlet water pressure, blocked internal cartridge by dirt, wrong hot/cold port connection, or exceeding the minimum working pressure. For standard model orders within normal quantities, the lead time is 15–25 working days after receiving your deposit. For customized OEM orders, lead time will be confirmed based on engraving, packaging and modification requirements.
