Can you produce custom metal stamping parts based on our drawings or samples?

Absolutely. We provide full OEM & ODM custom stamping solutions. We can manufacture components strictly following your CAD drawings, technical specifications or physical samples. Supported materials include cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and galvanized steel. We offer supporting secondary operations such as bending, tapping, drilling, welding, powder coating, black painting and surface polishing. Our internal tooling team develops stamping molds quickly for prototype sampling and large-volume mass production. Pre-production samples will be supplied for your validation before bulk manufacturing to guarantee dimensions, tolerances and surface treatment meet your requirements. Our customized stamped brackets and mounting hardware serve automotive, electrical, industrial machinery and fluid control industries.

What materials are available for your metal stamping components?

We work with a comprehensive selection of metal materials to satisfy different application scenarios. Regular options cover cold rolled steel, stainless steel (SS201, SS304, SS316), aluminum alloy, brass, galvanized steel and spring steel. We can suggest suitable raw materials according to your working environment, load demand, anti-corrosion standard and budget. For outdoor or humid working conditions, stainless steel or galvanized materials are recommended to improve rust resistance.

What surface finishing options can you offer for stamped metal parts?

Multiple surface treatments are available for our stamping parts. Common choices include powder coating, black electrophoretic coating, zinc plating, nickel plating, polishing, passivation and anodizing. These processes effectively strengthen corrosion resistance, enhance appearance and extend service life. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom stamped parts?

Our MOQ is flexible. We accept small trial orders for new product testing, as well as large bulk orders for stable projects. For items requiring new stamping die development, a reasonable minimum quantity will be discussed based on tooling cost. If you order our existing non-custom stamping parts, lower quantities are negotiable. Contact us to share your demand quantity for a targeted quotation.

How long does it take to make stamping tooling and deliver samples?

The lead time for new stamping dies normally ranges from 7 to 15 working days, depending on the part complexity. Once molds are finished, we can produce prototype samples within 3–7 working days. After sample approval, mass production lead time generally takes 15–30 working days, subject to order volume and processing procedures. We will arrange production schedules reasonably and update progress regularly.

Can you guarantee the dimensional tolerance of precision stamping parts?

Yes. We implement strict quality control throughout the whole production process. Our precision stamping equipment supports tight dimensional tolerances. All finished components go through inspection with calipers, micrometers and other testing tools. We comply with standard tolerance requirements and can follow your special tolerance standards for precision brackets and mounting plates to avoid assembly problems.

What payment terms do you accept for stamping part orders?

We support flexible payment terms. Common terms include T/T wire transfer. Normally we require a deposit for custom orders with new mold development, and the balance to be paid before shipment. L/C can be discussed for long-term large cooperation. Feel free to communicate with our sales team to reach mutually acceptable payment arrangements.

How should I send technical files if I need customized stamped components?

You can send us 2D engineering drawings (PDF/DWG) or 3D files (STEP, IGES, STL). If you do not have digital drawings, you can ship physical samples to our factory for reverse engineering. Please also attach detailed requirements including material type, thickness, surface treatment, quantity and tolerance demands. We will evaluate the project and send you a formal offer quickly.
