As a premier garden fittings manufacturer, Fanovo is the factory-direct source for durable, leak-proof connectors, nozzles, and adapters designed for the demanding needs of both consumer and commercial markets. We specialize in the high-volume production of brass, aluminum, and high-impact polymer fittings that provide superior performance and longevity.
We are the trusted manufacturing partner for wholesale distributors, garden equipment OEMs, private-label brands, and large-scale commercial suppliers. By sourcing directly from the Fanovo factory, our partners gain a competitive edge through superior product quality, resilient supply chain management, and significant cost savings.
Why Source Garden Fittings Directly from the Fanovo Factory?
Factory-Direct Wholesale Pricing: Increase your profitability by bypassing domestic distributors and importers. We offer exceptional value on bulk orders, providing high-grade materials and precision manufacturing at a price point that boosts your margins.
Built for Durability, Not Disposal: Stand out from low-quality retail alternatives. We manufacture with solid, lead-free brass, aircraft-grade anodized aluminum, and robust zinc alloys. Our fittings are engineered to withstand drops, UV exposure, high water pressure, and years of service without cracking or corroding.
Precision Machining for Leak-Proof Connections: Every thread and connection point is precision-machined to ensure a secure, watertight seal. Our commitment to tight tolerances means fewer product returns and higher customer satisfaction for your brand.
Your OEM & Private Label Partner: Launch or expand your product line with Fanovo. We provide comprehensive OEM and private labeling services, from custom designs and material specifications to branded packaging. We are your ideal partner for creating a unique, high-quality line of garden watering accessories.

Our standard garden fittings are manufactured from high-quality HPb59 brass. We offer raw brass, chrome-plated brass finishes as regular options. All sealing components use durable EPDM rubber or Viton O-rings to prevent outdoor water leakage. We can also develop lead-free brass variants to meet North American drinking water standards upon custom request. The brass material delivers excellent anti-corrosion performance, resisting rust and oxidation under long-term outdoor exposure for landscaping and irrigation systems.
Yes. Our 0.75” GHT series caps, plugs and hose nozzles follow standard GHT (Garden Hose Thread / NH) specifications, directly compatible with most mainstream garden taps, sprinklers and water hoses widely used in the US and Canada. We also supply GHT to NPT thread adapters to connect garden irrigation equipment to conventional plumbing pipelines. If you need special thread conversion sizes, we support OEM customization.
1. Standard garden hose fittings support a continuous working pressure up to 16 bar (232 PSI), suitable for most residential gardening, commercial landscaping and general irrigation projects. The applicable working temperature ranges from -10°C to 80°C. They are designed for clean cold water irrigation. We do not recommend using these fittings for high-temperature hot water or compressed air systems without confirming upgraded sealing parts.
2.
OEM and ODM services are fully supported. We can provide laser engraved customer logos, customized surface finishes, modified thread specifications, and newly machined designs based on your drawings or samples. Custom orders require confirmed minimum order quantities. Our engineering team can evaluate your project quickly and provide technical drawings and prototype samples before mass production.
1. For existing standard catalogue items, the regular MOQ is 500 pcs per model. We welcome trial orders for new partners to test market quality; we can negotiate flexible quantities for mixed container orders combining different garden fitting models. Sample orders are available for quality verification, and sample fees can be deducted from your first formal bulk order once the order volume meets our requirements.
2.
Certainly. We support sample supply for all garden fitting products shown on our website. You can select mixed different models for testing. Customers need to cover the sample cost and international shipping cost. Once you confirm mass production, we will deduct the sample charge from your formal order invoice. Normally samples can be finished and dispatched within 3–7 working days.
Our chrome plating process tightly covers the brass substrate to effectively resist oxidation, fading and surface corrosion under outdoor sunlight, rain and humidity. Chrome-plated models are the preferred choice for retail packaged garden products. For customers in coastal high-salt areas, we suggest choosing enhanced plating treatment options to extend service life under harsh coastal climate conditions.
We provide multiple packaging solutions. Bulk export uses standard carton packing for wholesale distributors. For retail sales, we support custom polybags, blister cards, color printed boxes and header cards according to your branding requirements. All packaging can be printed with customer barcodes, brand information and multilingual product descriptions to fit supermarket and online retail channels.
For standard in-stock garden fitting models, shipment can be arranged within 7–15 working days after deposit confirmation. For mass OEM customized orders, the production cycle is generally 20–35 working days, subject to order quantity and customization complexity. We will clearly confirm the exact schedule with you before order confirmation to arrange your sales plan reasonably.
Our regular payment term is 30% T/T deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, and we can discuss other negotiable terms for long-term stable large-volume partners. For small sample orders, PayPal is also available. All formal transactions will come with proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and full export documents.
