Multiple sizes from 3/8″ up to 4″ are available for plumbing, industrial and commercial fluid control.
Our threaded valves support BSP, BSPP, BSPT and NPT threads. We can customize thread specifications according to your regional market requirements.
Standard material is HPb59 brass. Lead-free brass (CW617N / NSF approved alloys) is available on request for drinking water systems. Bronze valve material can be customized as required.
Most standard models support PN16 / 200PSI working pressure. Normal operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 120°C. Contact us if you need valves for higher pressure or temperature conditions.
Yes, samples are available for quality testing. Sample production time is 3–7 working days. Sample freight can be negotiated based on cooperation terms.
We support custom logo engraving, customized packing, modified dimensions and special internal component requirements. We can also develop new moulds for your exclusive valve designs.
Standard valves work for clean water, compressed air and light oil. Bronze variants perform better in slightly corrosive environments. Please advise your working medium so we can recommend suitable models and seal materials.
General bulk order lead time is 25–35 working days after deposit confirmation. The schedule will be confirmed formally when we receive your official purchase order.
We can provide relevant test reports. If you need specific certifications such as CE, NSF, WRAS, please inform us in advance to arrange production accordingly.
