Fanovo offers a complete portfolio of brass control valves, including balancing valves, pressure reducing valves, safety relief valves, backflow preventers, temperature control valves and cryogenic pressure regulators. We supply static/dynamic hydronic balancing valves for HVAC, water pressure regulators for plumbing systems, bronze cryogenic control valves for gas and low-temperature applications. Products are available in female thread, male thread, union connections, with PN10, PN16 pressure ratings, and support OEM & ODM customisation for project and wholesale clients.
Yes. Our brass control valves are manufactured under strict quality control and comply with common international standards such as PN16 pressure standard. All raw brass materials are tested before production. We can provide test reports, material certificates upon request. Our valves are widely accepted for commercial buildings, HVAC heating/cooling systems, water treatment, pipeline engineering and cryogenic gas systems, satisfying requirements for wholesalers, engineering contractors and system integrators.
Absolutely. We support full OEM & ODM service for control valves. You can customise valve body marking, laser engrave your brand logo, change packaging, adjust connection sizes, modify internal components to meet specific working medium and pressure requirements. Our engineering team can develop new moulds for special specifications. We have rich experience serving global importers, distributors and project brands from Europe, Southeast Asia and South America.
Standard brass control valves are designed for clean cold and hot water in plumbing and HVAC systems. Our specialised cryogenic control valves and pressure regulators can work with oxygen, nitrogen and other industrial gases. Please note brass series are not recommended for strong acid, alkali or heavily corrosive fluid. If you handle special media, contact our sales team to select stainless steel alternatives or choose modified internal seal materials.
We mainly supply BSP (G thread), NPT thread brass control valves as standard options. Other connection types such as union, compression ends are available on selected models. When placing inquiries, kindly specify thread type, nominal size and working pressure to ensure we offer the correct item. We can adjust thread standards according to regional market demands for bulk orders.
For standard in-stock control valve models, lead time is around 7–15 working days. For OEM customised orders or large container shipments, production lead time ranges from 25–40 working days after deposit confirmation and sample approval. The exact schedule depends on order quantity, custom requirements and production arrangement. We will update production progress regularly for all bulk purchasers.
Yes, we welcome sample orders for your laboratory testing and market evaluation. You can select mixed different types of control valves as samples. Customers need to cover the sample cost and international freight. Once you place formal bulk orders reaching a negotiated quantity, we can discuss partial refund of sample fees. It normally takes 3–7 days to prepare samples after receiving your request.
Brass balancing valves are mainly used in HVAC hydronic systems to balance water flow and ensure even heating or cooling across each branch pipeline. Pressure reducing valves (PRV) are control valves that stabilise fluctuating inlet water pressure to a constant lower outlet pressure to protect pipes and equipment. If you need both flow regulation and pressure stabilisation, our technical team can recommend matched combinations according to your system drawing.
General brass water control valves support working temperature from -10°C up to 110°C, suitable for conventional hot and cold water HVAC and plumbing. Our cryogenic control regulators are specially constructed for low-temperature gas applications. The maximum temperature limit is affected by the internal seal material. If your system operates at extreme temperatures, please inform our engineers so we can select suitable EPDM, PTFE or NBR seals.
We provide professional technical support including product selection guidance, installation suggestions and troubleshooting advice. In case of manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection, we negotiate reasonable solutions for qualified claims. Meanwhile, we supply product images, specification datasheets, dimension drawings and marketing materials to help distributors promote control valves in local markets. Our sales and technical team offer fast email and online support for all overseas clients.
