Certificate

Our commitment to quality, safety, and precision is backed by globally recognized certifications. Every Pressure & Flow Control we manufacture undergoes rigorous quality management and complies with strict international standards for drinking water safety, pressure safety, and environmental protection.
What types of pressure and flow control valves does Fanovo supply?

Fanovo manufactures a full portfolio of brass pressure & flow control valves, including lead-free brass water pressure reducing valves, static flow measurement balancing valves, bi-directional circuit balancing valves, differential pressure regulators and adjustable flow control regulators. Our lineup covers sizes from 1/2″ up to 2″, available in standard brass and lead-free brass constructions. These valves are widely engineered for domestic plumbing, commercial hydronic heating, HVAC systems and light industrial water circulation pipelines. We support both standard stock models and custom OEM configurations for regional market requirements.

Are your pressure and flow control valves available in lead-free brass material?

Yes. We provide both standard forged brass and lead-free brass variants to satisfy different regional plumbing codes. Our lead-free brass pressure reducing valves and flow balancing valves comply with international drinking water standards, suitable for potable water supply systems in North America, Australia and European markets. All lead-free models adopt low-lead alloy formula, pass strict material leaching tests, and can be supplied with corresponding test reports upon your request.

What thread options do you offer for pressure and flow control valves?

Our standard thread options include NPT and BSP (G) female/male threads. We can also adapt PEX compression ends for pressure reducing valves and balancing valves as custom requirements. All threads are precisely machined to ISO and ANSI standards for tight, leak-free connection. When placing an inquiry, kindly specify thread type, size and end connection style so we can match the correct production batch directly.

What pressure and temperature ratings apply to your control valves?

Most of our pressure & flow control valves carry PN16 (1.6MPa) working pressure rating. The normal working temperature range is -10°C to 120°C, ideal for cold and hot water hydronic systems. For pressure reducing valves, the adjustable outlet pressure range can be customized according to project demands. If you need valves for higher pressure or extreme temperature media, contact our engineering team to check available upgraded solutions.

Can Fanovo provide OEM & ODM service for pressure and flow control valves?

Absolutely. We offer comprehensive OEM & ODM support. Available customizations include logo engraving, customized handle colors, nameplate marking, adjusted pressure preset ranges, special packaging, modified internal components and tailored carton labeling. We can develop new moulds for unique valve structures if your order volume meets the threshold. Our technical team can also adjust performance parameters to fit your local project specifications.

What is the difference between a pressure reducing valve and a flow balancing valve?

A pressure reducing valve (PRV) stabilizes outlet water pressure and protects downstream pipelines and appliances from excessive incoming water pressure. It works automatically regardless of flow changes. A flow measurement balancing valve controls and balances water flow rate across different branches in HVAC or heating loops, enabling technicians to measure, adjust and lock flow volume to maintain uniform system performance. Many of our balancing valves feature bi-directional installation and positive memory setting to retain adjusted flow values after maintenance. For complete hydronic systems, customers often combine both types in one pipeline layout.

Are your balancing valves bi-directional for installation flexibility?

Our flow measurement balancing valves support bi-directional flow installation. The built-in measuring ports maintain accurate flow reading in both flow directions, which greatly simplifies on-site pipeline layout work. In addition, these models feature positive memory function: after you set the target flow rate, the valve can return to the preset position after being fully closed for maintenance, avoiding repeated recalibration on site. This feature saves significant labour cost for commercial HVAC installation contractors.

Do you offer product samples for testing before bulk order?

Yes, we support sample orders for all standard pressure and flow control valve models. Customers can order small quantities to verify dimension, surface finish, material quality and performance before committing to mass production. Sample lead time is normally 3–7 working days for existing stock items. Sample freight is arranged on buyer’s account. If you proceed to formal bulk orders later, we can negotiate sample cost rebates based on order quantity.

What quality testing procedures do your pressure and flow control valves undergo?

Every valve undergoes 100% air tightness testing before shipment. Random sampling will complete hydraulic pressure testing, performance curve testing, cycling endurance test and material composition inspection. All production follows ISO 9001 quality management system. We can provide factory test certificates, material certificates and related compliance documents to support your local import clearance and project tender requirements.

What applications are Fanovo pressure & flow control valves most suitable for?

Our control valves are widely adopted in residential potable water supply, multi-story building plumbing systems, commercial hydronic heating & cooling HVAC circuits, radiant floor heating systems, and light industrial circulating water pipelines. Pressure reducing valves protect water heaters, taps and pipeline fittings from overpressure damage. Flow balancing valves optimize heating/cooling distribution, reduce energy waste of water pumps and improve overall system efficiency. They are popular among plumbing wholesalers, HVAC contractors, system integrators and valve distributors worldwide.
