Fanovo is a leading manufacturer and factory-direct supplier of high-pressure hydraulic fittings and adapters engineered for mission-critical applications. In hydraulic systems where failure is not an option, our components provide the secure, leak-proof connections that power industrial machinery, mobile equipment, and manufacturing processes worldwide.
As an ISO 9001 certified factory, we specialize in the precision machining of carbon steel and stainless steel fittings that meet or exceed SAE, ISO, and DIN standards. We are the trusted supply chain partner for OEMs, fluid power distributors, and MRO specialists who demand unwavering performance, competitive factory pricing, and a reliable source for high-integrity hydraulic components.
Why Source Hydraulic Fittings Directly from the Fanovo Factory?
Mission-Critical Reliability & Precision: Our hydraulic fittings are forged and machined from certified grades of steel for maximum strength and fatigue resistance. We adhere to stringent tolerances on threads, sealing surfaces, and flares to guarantee leak-free performance under intense pressure, vibration, and thermal cycling.
Significant Factory-Direct Cost Savings: By partnering directly with the manufacturer, you gain a powerful competitive advantage. We eliminate importer and distributor markups, delivering premium, fully-certified hydraulic fittings at a wholesale price that improves your bottom line.
Your Dedicated OEM & Custom Manufacturing Partner: We are experts in OEM production. Provide our engineering team with your technical drawings or specifications, and we will manufacture custom hydraulic fittings, manifolds, and adapters tailored to your equipment. We offer full private label and kitting services to support your brand.
Comprehensive Range of Standards & Types: Our factory produces a massive catalog of fittings, ensuring you can source all the components you need from a single, reliable supplier. We are proficient in all major international thread and sealing standards.

We supply stainless steel fittings in 304 and 316 stainless steel as standard options. 304 stainless steel works well for general water, air and mild fluid transfer. 316 stainless steel features excellent resistance to saltwater, chemicals and acid corrosion, making it ideal for marine, chemical processing and aggressive media applications. We can also develop special stainless steel grades upon custom request.
Yes. All our stainless steel cam & groove couplings, dry disconnect couplers and safety break-away couplers are precision cast and machined for repeated connection and disconnection. With regular inspection and timely replacement of worn sealing gaskets, they can serve long-term cyclic fluid transfer operations.
We support mainstream international standards including NPT, BSPP (G thread), BSPT (R thread). Connection types cover flange, female thread, male thread and camlock end. If your project requires special thread sizes or custom connection structures, we support customized manufacturing according to your drawings.
Our 316 stainless steel fittings are suitable for food and beverage pipelines when equipped with food-grade sealing materials such as EPDM. They adopt smooth internal surface treatment to avoid medium residue. For strict sanitary grade requirements, we can optimize surface polishing to meet common hygienic transfer standards.
We provide multiple seal materials to match different working media: NBR for general oil and water; EPDM for water, steam and weak acid; FKM (Viton) for strong solvents, high-temperature oil and corrosive liquids. You can select the proper seal according to your fluid composition and working temperature range.
Absolutely. We offer full OEM & ODM service. We can produce non-standard sizes, engrave customer logos, adjust structure parameters and customize surface treatment. Custom orders are available once reaching our minimum order quantity.
Our standard stainless steel camlock, dry disconnect and safety breakaway couplers are rated for PN16 working pressure. For heavy-duty industrial systems requiring higher pressure resistance, we can design and produce reinforced high-pressure versions based on your technical specifications.
Three key points to prevent leakage: First, choose the correct seal material compatible with your transfer medium. Second, fully lock and engage the coupling during installation. Third, regularly check gaskets for aging, swelling or abrasion and replace damaged seals in time. Do not use couplings under overpressure conditions.
316 stainless steel is strongly recommended for coastal, offshore and outdoor installations. It delivers outstanding anti-rust and salt spray resistance compared to 304 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel is only suggested for indoor or low-corrosion outdoor scenarios.
For regular in-stock stainless steel fittings, goods can be arranged for shipment within 3–7 working days. For custom-machined products and bulk production orders, the normal lead time is 20–30 working days. We will confirm the exact schedule and update production progress after receiving your formal order.
