Fanovo delivers a wide range of custom precision metal components including CNC turned/machined parts, custom sight glasses, threaded fittings, flanged assemblies, valve housings and non-standard mechanical hardware. We produce both simple threaded adapters and complex assembled sight glass units for fluid systems. Supported materials cover carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and alloy steel. Our products are widely applied in gearboxes, hydraulic reservoirs, industrial piping, machinery and OEM fluid control equipment. We support both single prototypes and mass-volume OEM orders.
To prepare an exact quotation, please share 2D engineering drawings (PDF) with full dimensions, tolerances, thread standards (NPT/BSP etc.), working pressure & temperature requirements, and 3D CAD files (STEP / IGES preferred). You also need to confirm material grade, surface finishing, order quantity, testing requirements such as pressure testing, and certification needs. If you only have product samples without drawings, you can send samples to us and our engineering team can complete reverse engineering and drawing confirmation.
Yes. We specialize in custom fused sight glass components for demanding operating conditions. We can adjust housing material, glass type (soda lime glass / borosilicate glass), thread size and structure to meet your specified PSI pressure and °F temperature ratings. Our factory produces high-temperature high-pressure fused lens sight glasses for gear boxes, hydraulic tanks and industrial vessels. We can add floating ball indicators, special thread connections like NPT, and flanged connections according to your technical specifications.
We offer multiple surface treatments to match service environments: nickel plating, zinc plating, passivation, polishing, sandblasting, black oxide coating and anti-corrosion oil treatment. Different finishes improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance or appearance. For components working in humid or chemical environments such as fluid system sight glass bodies, we recommend stainless steel passivation or nickel-plated carbon steel to extend service life. Our engineers can recommend the most cost-effective finishing solution based on your working medium.
Fanovo maintains flexible minimum order quantities. We accept small-batch prototype orders for testing, including 1–10 pieces for sample validation. Unit prices will be higher for very low quantities due to machine setup, programming and inspection costs. Once your design is validated, we support seamless scaling to medium and mass production with reduced unit pricing. We maintain consistent dimensional tolerances and quality standards from prototype to bulk shipment.
We implement full-process quality control: raw material incoming inspection, in-process dimensional checking, first article inspection (FAI), and 100% final dimension testing before packing. For pressure-bearing parts like sight glasses, we carry out hydraulic pressure leakage testing on request. We can supply Certificate of Conformity (CoC), material test reports (MTR), and dimension inspection reports. Third-party inspection such as SGS is also negotiable upon customer requirements.
Lead time depends on part complexity, material availability and order quantity. Simple custom machined parts normally take 15–25 working days after drawing and sample confirmation. Complex assembled sight glass units or orders requiring special raw materials will take 25–40 working days. If you have urgent projects, contact our sales team to check available production slots for expedited arrangements. Shipping transit time will be quoted separately based on your destination port.
Absolutely. We fully respect customers’ design confidentiality. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) before you share drawings and technical data. All internal staff follows strict confidentiality rules. Your custom designs will never be shared with third parties or used to manufacture products for other clients. All technical files will be properly stored and managed to avoid information leakage.
We support global mainstream thread specifications: NPT, NPTF, BSPP (G), BSPT (R/Rp), metric threads. Our commonly supplied sight glasses adopt NPT male threads as standard options, while custom thread sizes and connection forms can be developed as required. When submitting your RFQ, please clearly mark thread type, size and tolerance class on drawings to prevent manufacturing errors. We can also test thread gauges before delivery to guarantee interchangeability.
Our standard payment term is 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. For long-term cooperative clients, we can discuss adjusted payment terms. We support EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF shipping terms. We cooperate with stable freight forwarders to arrange sea freight, air freight or express delivery for samples. All goods adopt export-standard anti-rust packaging to avoid rust and damage during long overseas transportation.
